The bus line is guided to the read head and back again. The maximum length of the bus line is limited by 1.200 m. As the reading cycle is prolonged with any additional read head, maximum 48 read heads per bus are recommended. If you use these 48 read heads with unshortened cables, there are 240 m left for the bus line to the control. In order to realize a longer distance the cable of the read heads can be shortened.
